Gone are the classes, the meeting place for countless artists, the gallery, the gift shop. The end of an era. I so appreciate the opportunity I had to teach there these last 9 yrs: great people, great students, great experiece.

We started with 8, and jumped to 9 by noon. All had a successful, fun week-end creating original work with Precious Metal Clay. An Advanced class about surface texture, molds, and Solar Plates, takes place at BCC on Oct. 31-Nov. 1. Great way to spend a Halloween Week-end.

It's advertised as "Rare Personal Appearances" of a particular jeweler, to show their new work. Everyone is adapting and shifting.
